Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase / delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please use the Contact page on our website to get in touch.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please return the item in the condition that you received it in to: Log Brothers Ltd, 1 Beauchamp Court, 10 Victors way, Barnet, EN5 5TZ. Once we have received the item, we will then process the refund.

We will only refund the value of the original item, not including any delivery charges.
